Claude Silver is on a mission to revolutionize workplace culture, leadership, and talent. She is the world's first Chief Heart Officer and an 11-year veteran of VaynerX, where she partners with CEO Gary Vaynerchuk to drive the company's success. Claude's entire approach to work is the outgrowth of her decades of experience building high-performing teams, coaching leaders, and turning emotional intelligence into individual and team intelligence.

Claude began her grown-up life as a self-proclaimed “late bloomer,” where she searched for a sense of purpose on a 93-day Outward Bound Leadership trek. She founded (and later sold) an outdoor adventure and surfing school, and rose to prominence in corporate advertising as a creative brand strategist.

An award-winning leader, renowned global speaker, and a widely loved and influential voice on LinkedIn, Claude has been interviewed on numerous podcasts and featured in The New York Times, Fast Company, Fast Company, and The Wall Street Journal. She lives in the New York Metro Area with her wife and two young children.
